FY 2026 HUD CoC NOFO
The Kings Tulare Homeless Alliance is pleased to release the 2026 Request for Proposals (RFP) for the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Local Competition. The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) on June 1, 2026. We strongly encourage everyone interested in pursuing funding to read it in its entirety. Everyone interested in submitting an application is encouraged to attend the Applicant Workshop held July 6, 2026 at 11:00am on Zoom.
All agencies that wish to renew an existing project or apply must confirm via email their intent to renew by July 10, 2026. Applicants must include in the notification if they plan to reallocate funds. Emails must be sent to leticiah@kthomelessalliance.org.
We encourage projects that have not previously received funding through the HUD CoC program to consider applying.

2024 HUD CoC Program Award Announcements
The Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance is pleased to announce the projects selected for inclusion in the 2024 HUD CoC Program Consolidated Application. These funding recommendations were prepared by the Rating and Ranking Committee and voted on by the Kings/Tulare Continuum of Care on Homelessness (KTCoC) membership and the KTCoC Board of Directors.
Note: These projects are not awarded directly through the KTCoC. They will be included as recommended projects in the Consolidated Application that will be submitted to HUD on or before the deadline of October 30, 2024
