FY 2026 HUD Continuum of Care NOFO

The HUD CoC NOFO is the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Program, which is a major annual competition for grants to fund local programs addressing homelessness. It is an official announcement that outlines how much funding is available, the specific priorities for the year, and the application process for communities to receive grants to provide housing and supportive services to people experiencing homelessness. The 2026 HUD CoC NOFO was release June 1, 2026 and is open for applications with a deadline of August 26 2026.

Kings/Tulare homeless alliance

The Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance is the designated Continuum of Care Program which is a community-based, long range plan that addresses the needs of the homeless in order to help them reach maximum self-sufficiency. The Continuum of Care is developed through collaboration with a broad cross section of the community and based on a thorough assessment of homeless needs and resources.  The Continuum of Care is recommended by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a comprehensive and strategic approach to addressing homelessness.
