Please see the Kings Tulare Continuum of Care Priority LIsting for FY 2026

Please note that this list may be impacted by the ongoing court case. This is a conditional list pending further guidance from HUD. The court has ordered HUD to vacate the FY 2026 CoC NOFO. As a result of the court’s order, the FY 2026 CoC NOFO and its August 26, 2026 application submission deadline are currently not in effect, and HUD is unable to accept applications at this time.

For more details regarding the local NOFO process, please check the KTHA 2026 Continuum of Care webpage here.
